Industry experts, technology leaders and high-powered speakers convene in Dallas, TX, to address industry issues.

St. PAUL, MN, November 16, 2022 – NOVUS Glass and ProColor Collision successfully concluded its three-day national conference, titled ’Full Speed Ahead’, to put the spotlight on the critical issues currently facing the aftermarket industry.
Held in Dallas, TX, from October 19-21, the second annual conference brought together more than 200 participants, including high-powered speakers, technology experts, bestselling authors and top authorities from the industry, who explored the collaborative opportunities and relevant challenges impacting the automotive aftermarket industry.
Current industry issues such as evolving automotive technologies, scanning and calibration trends, achieving operational excellence, the reality of artificial intelligence (AI) and its future impact on the automotive industry were discussed. Olympic speed racer, New York Times bestselling author and Hall of Fame speaker, Vince Poscente, used his personal experiences to deliver a wildly entertaining, thought-provoking and substantive insight on how individuals can thrive in a high-performing, competitive landscape.
Featured keynote speeches included leading artificial intelligence expert Hod Lipson; OE certification authority Tanya Sweetland; Vice President of Quality Repair and Market Development for CCC Intelligent Solutions Dan Risley; Director of Strategy & Collision Business for Ford Motor Company Jennifer Boyer; CEO & Co-Founder of HealthEE by HBG Christian Stearns, and Vice President of Sales for NOVUS Glass & ProColor Collision, Scott Bridges, among others. Another interesting highlight was a panel discussion between experts examining the consequences of COVID-19 within the automotive aftermarket world.
“The 2022 USA Conference – Full Speed Ahead, was a powerful opportunity for all our franchisees to take a deep dive into the issues that affect our industry with the objective of identifying actionable solutions to achieve full-speed performance, succeed in a competitive market while growing stronger together as a unified network,” Steve Leal, president & CEO of Fix Network World, said. “Full Speed Ahead is about more than just moving forward quickly; it is about doing so together. A unified network is a powerful tool for cultivating a culture of high performance within your own business.”
The power of meeting in person was plain to see as franchisees were visibly delighted to be able to reconnect, after a long period apart, and network, learn and exchange ideas. Full Speed Ahead provided an opportunity for attendees to come together and learn from one another, while also celebrating their successes.
